Cryo Chamber

Our Cryo Chamber is a European pinnacle of cryo technology perfected over the last 30 years.

Appreciated Internationally

You will find exactly the same dual Cryo Chambers at the world’s top soccer clubs like AC Milan, Leicester City FC, Cleveland Browns (USA), and rugby clubs, including Sale Sharks, Welsh Rugby Union or Brisbane Broncos.
Also, Olympic athletes use the same chambers to support their strenuous training regimes and quick recovery; those include Cryozone centres in France, Poland and South Africa, to name a few.

Cryotherapy video commentary by Sunderland A.F.C. sports scientist, Scott Pearce:

The Highest Quality, Comfort & Safety

Our dual Cryo Chamber (consisting of the pre-chamber and the main chamber) is distinguished by the highest and unrivalled level of safety. Comparing to most open-top solutions, in our chamber user has no direct contact with the vapour of the gas, which ensures both full safety and the highest comfort of the treatment.

Our dual Cryo Chamber includes:

  • Dual independent oxygen sensors
  • Safety system to prevent nitrogen from spilling from the tank
  • Light and audible alarm to indicate too low oxygen level
  • Alarm system to prevent the patient from staying in the treatment chamber too long
  • Emergency button for patients in the treatment chamber
  • Emergency lighting in the event of a power cut

Infrared Sauna

It promotes a state of physical and mental recovery from intense training, work or life stressors, and high-performance competition. Reduce pain, lose weight, detox, and have beautiful skin with our infrared sauna.

What are Infrared Saunas?

Differing from traditional saunas, infrared saunas warm your body directly rather than through the use of hot air, leaving you to enjoy the sauna experience without humidity and steam. ‘Infrared heat’ has nothing to do with ultraviolet light that causes sunburn or skin damage. It is simply a form of energy transmitted at a specific wavelength. This gentle type of heat penetrates the body, causing sweating to occur, which is where the magic starts to happen.

Benefits of Infrared Sauna

Skin Health

As we sweat, our skin pores open and waste products and old cells are shed, leaving the skin glowing with improved vigour, tone and elasticity. Infrared saunas can help to break down scars from incisions, eczema, psoriasis, acne; even keloids can be softened over time.

Fat Burn and Heart Health

Infrared Saunas are the ultimate in fat burning. For an average conditioned person, a 30-minute session can burn up to 1000 calories, the equivalent of going for a 10 – 15km run.

Pain Relief

Saunas are helpful for many musculoskeletal ailments including sprains, strains, arthritis, muscle spasm and for helping relieve stiffness and soreness. The deep infrared heat dilates blood vessels, bringing nutrients to muscle and soft tissue injuries, and removing metabolic wastes. Sauna use is also effective in relieving arthritic complaints.

Detox

The deep penetrating heat causes toxins to be released from cells into our lymph, releasing them via our sweat. This reduces the detoxifying load off your liver and kidneys.

Gym

Physical exercises are necessary activities to be performed before and immediately after leaving the Cryo Chamber to enhance collagen production in your body and enhance body response to cryotherapy treatment.

The Complete Experience

You can also find here a professional gym equipped with treadmills, training bikes, rowing machines and bodybuilding equipment. Straight after the end of the Cryotherapy procedure, you should put on your gym outfit and then go directly to the exercise room, where they should do a minimum of 30 minutes of exercises.
It is highly recommended to consult the length, type and intensity of the exercises beforehand with a physiotherapist or osteopath.
